Also some of the aches and pains that people feel during pregnancy, for example, some of the lower back pain can actually be relieved by learning how to do the pelvic tilt and some other exercises during pregnancy so that area actually ends up having less pressure. Those exercises can relieve some of the back pain women feel. A lot of women get cramps in their calves and although lots of times it is nutrition related, exercising and stretching during pregnancy can help alleviate some of that calf pain that women feel. Exercise can really just ease some of the pain that can come with pregnancy.

I think in most ways exercising can really help women, especially if it’s in an exercise setting where you are exercising with other women.
